After my last routine maintenance visit Hayes told me I needed a new battery. This is the first time I've had to replace a battery after less than 3 years. I researched it and found the advice to be accurate. Newer cars require more frequent battery replacement. So I scheduled a replacement. When I brought my car in, I inquired about windshield cleaning fluid. Hayes suggested I needed a new wiper blade. That replacement also seemed a bit quick. Hayes found that the wiper was in bad shape. I told them I was in a hurry to see my newborn great grandchild. They convinced me that the replacement wouldn't take long. So, the work was done quickly at a reasonable cost. They even gave me forms for a mail-in battery rebate. I am quite satisfied with their work and service.
